An example is the use of a media interactive program called Spelling City.

This web-based program combines the use of instructional material for spelling using text, images, sound, and video. One way evident allows students to compete against the artificial intelligence to play learning games as part of their study.

A second way this multimedia example allows teachers to input their weekly list and test students learning from interactivity during the study time.

Testing is also part of the class communication study program. Pre-testing can be undertaken by the student online.

Results are compiled for review and discussion within the classroom.

A third way allows parents to participate and encourage the student at home with access from any device.

Their own personal access records activity undertaken. Thus providing learning through game playing, quizzing, and reviewing homework.

I have used this program for three years now. It has been very helpful in developing our child’s spelling skills and has been implemented in two classrooms in our city system.
